What should I expect?
It’s a super chilled vibe. We will take as many shots of you as we need in your allocated time. We have tea, coffee, snacks, playstation, music (that you can be the master of) and love to keep things relaxed and fun.
We only work in single sessions – you can bring your pets if you want as that is a great vibe.
You’ll receive your shots retouched and finished within 10 working days of sending us your choices.

Which session should I choose?
Have a think about your own personality and which session will make you the most comfortable. It’s also worth considering that you can do a lot more changes of clothes, facial hair, hair etc in the longer sessions. If it’s your first session and you haven’t spent much time in front of a camera before, you may also want a bit more time.

How many retouches do I get?
This depends on the session you book. Budget = 2 images, Standard = 4, and Full Works = 6.
Beyond that you can purchase extra retouches for £40 each, and un-retouched high-res images for £20 each.

How do I print my pictures?
We will send you retouches for both 'web' and 'print'. 'Web' images work best on screens, and you can take the 'print' images to any printing service.
05.
When and how do I pay?
As soon as you book you will be asked for a £50 deposit. Your booking is not finalised until this is recieved. If you cancel within 48 hours, this deposit will not be refunded
You can pay the remainder of your amount either:
1. Via bank transfer the day before your session
2. In cash on the day

Do you offer a student discount?
We offer a 10% discount for all full time students. Proof of student status must be provided in advance or at the session.

What will I look like?
Real. You will look like you on your very best day. If you’re looking for glam, airbrushed pictures then this may not be the right place for you.

How do I book?
You can book using the book now button on the bottom right of the page. If for some reason it doesn’t work, give us a call or drop us an email and we will book you in.
We take bookings three months in advance. On the first of each month we release the next month of bookings.
09.
What do I need to bring?
Bring along whatever you want to be photographed in/as much as is feasibly possible. From our perspective, the more the better. In general, cool and neutral colours work the best. If in doubt, bring it.
10.
How do I prepare for my session?
Drink a lot of water in the 48hrs before the session and try to avoid going out on an absolute mad one the night before. Apart from that, just come along and let the magic happen.
11.
How much make-up should I wear?
Try and keep your makeup natural. You want your shots to look like you, so your day-to-day makeup looks are probably a good start. Feel free to bring your make-up along with you if you need some advice!

Do you shoot outdoors?
No. We only shoot indoors with studio lights. Outdoor shoots can be great if you’re shooting at the right time of day, in the right weather, and in the perfect location. But this is London. To make sure that we can take the perfect picture every hour of every day, we shoot indoors with our own studio lighting setup. That way we can perfectly control the environment and make sure you look bloody awesome.
13.
Do you have a minimum age?
We only work with clients over the age of 18.
